How to pack a sleeping bag?

   Sleeping bags are roughly divided into three types according to their materials: pure down sleeping bags, down + cotton sleeping bags, and cotton sleeping bags. Due to different materials, the storage methods are slightly different.

   1. Storage of pure down sleeping bags

Products such as various pure down sleeping bags included on the website.  Comes with 1 compression bag.

(1) Compression bag, used for carrying/transporting sleeping bags (outdoor travel);

The main purpose is to compress the sleeping bag so that it is smaller and takes up less space in your backpack.

(Use compression bags) Storage and compression methods:

Stuff the sleeping bag into the compression bag little by little.

① Roll up the tail of the sleeping bag and squeeze out the air;

② Stuff the tail of the sleeping bag that has exhausted the air into the compression bag;

③ Stuff the remaining part into the compression bag little by little, and squeeze out the air while stuffing;

④ Continue like this until the entire sleeping bag is stuffed into the compression bag;

⑤ Tighten the drawstring, close the storage opening, close the lid of the storage bag, and insert the buckle;

⑥ Press the storage bag (you can use the gravity of your body), press evenly, and tighten the tightening strap at the same time, and so on until the compression is minimal.

   2. Storage of down + cotton sleeping bags

The product specifically refers to sleeping bags with a down upper layer and a cotton lower layer.Equipped with 1 storage bag,Compression and storage sharing.

Sleeping bag storage and compression methods:

① Lay the sleeping bag flat and press it to release some air;

② Fold it left and right, and press to continue to expel the air;

③ Fold the head and tail in half and press to continue to expel the air;

④ Start rolling the sleeping bag from the fold in ③, and try to roll the sleeping bag as tightly as possible;

⑤ After rolling, press the sleeping bag with your knees to prevent it from collapsing;

⑥ Put on the storage bag and put the entire sleeping bag in little by little;

⑦ Tighten the drawstring, close the storage opening, cover the storage bag lid, and insert the buckle;

⑧ Press the storage bag (you can use the gravity of your body), press evenly, and tighten the tightening strap at the same time, and so on until the compression is minimal.

   3. Storage of cotton sleeping bags

(1) Compression purpose, carrying/transporting sleeping bag for outdoor travel;

Compress the sleeping bag to make it smaller, cotton sleeping bags have limited space to be compressed. However, through compression, some volume can also be reduced to a certain extent.

(2) Storage purpose, long-term use, sleeping bag storage;

When the sleeping bag is not going to be stored for a long time, just loosen the tightening straps (not tighten them).

Cotton sleeping bag sleeping bag storage and compression methods:

① Lay the sleeping bag flat;

②Fold it left and right in half and press;

③Fold the head and tail in half and press;

④ Start rolling the sleeping bag from the fold in ③, and try to make the sleeping bag roll as tight as possible;

⑤After rolling, press the sleeping bag with your knees to prevent it from falling open;

⑥Put on the storage bag and put the entire sleeping bag in little by little;

⑦Tighten the drawstring, close the storage opening, cover the storage bag lid, and insert the buckle;

⑧Press the storage bag (you can use the gravity of your body), press evenly, and tighten the tightening belt at the same time, and so on until the compression is minimal.

   Of course, for outdoor carrying/transportation of sleeping bags, special compression bags must be used, otherwise the sleeping bags cannot be compressed very small;But for storage, the requirements are more casual. In addition to using the provided bags, you can also arrange it freely, such as folding it and putting it in a cabinet, or hanging it and putting it in a cabinet.
